Description
Pearl Talent is hiring a fully remote Forward Deployed Engineer to own customer implementations from technical onboarding and integrations through adoption and ongoing support. The role combines full-stack or backend software engineering with client-facing technical ownership, including building custom integrations and tools, translating ambiguous requirements into technical plans, leading discovery sessions, debugging live with stakeholders, monitoring reliability, and feeding recurring client issues back to product and engineering. The position requires at least three years of software engineering experience with direct client- or field-facing exposure, production coding experience, end-to-end implementation ownership, and C1+ English; API, webhook, authentication, data pipeline, ETL, Python, startup, agency, sales engineering, or customer success experience is preferred.
