Description
Pearl Talent is recruiting a fully remote Forward Deployed Engineer to lead customer implementations, integrations, customization, technical onboarding, live debugging, and ongoing reliability for US-based client accounts. The role requires at least three years of software engineering experience with direct client-facing exposure, production full-stack or backend coding skills, and the ability to own technical deployments end to end. Preferred experience includes APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SSO, data pipelines, ETL, Python, and startup or agency environments. The position is work-from-anywhere, scheduled 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time, with compensation based on experience and benefits including HMO coverage for Philippines-based full-time employees after three months.
