Pearl Talent is hiring a fully remote Forward Deployed Engineer to own customer implementations from technical onboarding and integrations through deployment, adoption, support, and optimization. The role combines full-stack or backend software engineering with client-facing technical ownership, including custom integrations, scripting, live debugging, technical discovery, documentation, and feedback to product and engineering. It requires at least three years of software engineering experience with direct client or field-facing exposure, production coding ability, end-to-end implementation ownership, and C1+ English. The position follows a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time schedule and offers experience-based compensation, remote work, PTO, mentorship, learning resources, and HMO coverage after three months for full-time employees based in the Philippines.
