Description
Plum is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge Engineering and Customer Operations across Customer Support, Fincrime, and Wealth Ops. The role involves embedding with operational teams to identify AI and automation opportunities, building and maintaining Python services, API integrations, AI agents, and Zapier workflows, owning performance KPIs, and feeding operational insights back to Product and Engineering. The position requires production engineering experience, hands-on AI/LLM experience, strong engineering fundamentals, customer fluency, radical ownership, and adaptability with low-code tools; it offers flexible remote work with at least two days per week in London, Athens, or Cyprus.
