Description
Praxipal is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the technical onboarding and deployment of its AI healthcare receptionist, Luna, for selected customers. The role involves configuring and customizing the product, implementing customer-specific solutions, resolving production issues, building internal automation and tooling, and supporting customer operations. It is a hands-on, on-site position in Berlin requiring fluent German and hands-on programming experience; TypeScript or Python, startup experience, observability tools, and customer-facing technical experience are preferred. Compensation is €65,000–€90,000 total compensation in cash and equity.
