Razorpay is hiring a Forward-Deployed Engineer, Agent Studio to serve as the technical owner of merchant relationships. The role combines customer discovery, solution consulting, hands-on software development, integration, debugging, production deployment, outcome measurement, and expansion of AI agent use cases across payments, checkout, disputes, subscriptions, reconciliation, risk, and customer workflows. Candidates should have at least three years of production software experience, strong Python or TypeScript skills, customer-facing experience, and practical LLM/agent experience.
