Description
REAL is hiring its first Forward Deployed Engineer to build and scale a customer-facing technical function for its AI execution platform serving real estate organizations. Based in Israel with regular travel to customer sites across the United States, the role partners with enterprise customers, leads technical discovery and requirements gathering, designs and deploys AI agents, integrations, and workflows, and owns engagements through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. The engineer will also influence product direction, create reusable implementation playbooks, and help scale the function.
