Description
REAL is hiring its first U.S.-based Forward Deployed Engineer to build and lead customer-facing AI implementations for large commercial real estate organizations. The role partners with enterprise customers remotely and on-site across the United States, translating business needs into production-ready AI agents, integrations, and workflows, and owning engagements from discovery through deployment, adoption, and optimization. It requires strong software engineering and distributed-systems fundamentals, experience with APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines, databases, enterprise architecture, and AI agents or LLMs, plus at least five years of relevant experience and regular U.S. travel.
