Description
Roboflow is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to take validated proof-of-concepts from pre-sales and build the first production computer vision deployments for new customers. The role involves embedding with customer engineering and operations teams, setting up data pipelines, optimizing models, configuring edge hardware, troubleshooting production issues, transferring knowledge, and documenting deployment patterns. Candidates should have experience deploying technology in physical-world environments, strong Python skills, systems-level knowledge, production machine learning or computer vision experience, and familiarity with edge computing hardware. The role requires approximately 40–50% travel and offers a target base compensation of $180,000–$250,000 plus equity, along with health insurance, travel and productivity stipends, and other benefits.
