SambaNova Systems is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer for its SambaStack-based product portfolio within the Customer Success organization. The role focuses on embedding with enterprise customers to design, build, deploy, and optimize production generative AI applications on SambaNova's SN40L platform and inference serving stack, including LLM orchestration, RAG, agentic workflows, fine-tuning, benchmarking, and production troubleshooting across software and hardware layers. The position requires 5+ years of engineering experience, strong Python and ML/GenAI expertise, a relevant bachelor's or graduate degree, and willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites.
