Description
SambaNova is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join their Customer Success Organization. The FDE will embed directly with strategic enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy production Generative AI (GenAI) applications on SambaNova's SN40L platform and SambaStack-based product portfolio. Responsibilities include architecting and implementing LLM-powered workflows, optimizing AI inference performance, troubleshooting production issues, translating customer needs into product requirements, partnering with Sales and Solutions Engineers, developing reusable accelerators, and presenting technical findings.
