Description
Scalera is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. The role analyzes tender workflows with construction companies and suppliers, builds and deploys customer-specific automations, integrations, and AI-powered solutions, prototypes and validates solutions in production, and translates customer insights into scalable platform features. It is a hands-on, on-site role requiring regular travel to customer locations across Switzerland, Austria, and Germany, with the home base in Switzerland or Germany. The position requires at least four years of experience as a forward-deployed or product engineer in B2B SaaS or technical environments, strong customer-facing communication, excellent German and English, and willingness to travel regularly.
