Sia is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to join its AI Factory and work embedded within a client’s engineering, product, or service team. The role combines hands-on software engineering with client-facing delivery, including translating requirements into technical deliverables, developing production Python backend services and AI integrations, addressing platform gaps, applying CI/CD and testing practices, and transferring knowledge to the client team. The position is based onsite in Mumbai and requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, along with 3–6 years of software development experience focused on Python backend development.
