Sia is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to analyze client business needs and design, deploy, and integrate LLM-based systems such as autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, workflow automation, and conversational interfaces. The role also supports adoption and training, iterates with stakeholders, bridges technical and business teams, and contributes to Sia’s internal AI research, offerings, publications, and business development. Candidates need an engineering or computer science qualification, production LLM experience, Python and applied AI framework expertise, API and cloud deployment skills, and strong client-facing communication abilities.
