Description
The Forward Deployed Engineer will partner with enterprise customers to understand operational challenges, translate them into technical designs, build AI agents that integrate with customer systems, and own deployments through reliability, performance, and continuous improvement. The role spans problem definition, system design, launch, iteration, testing with real data, and collaboration with Product and Engineering, while also contributing to scalable customer-delivery tools and documentation.
