Description
Staffbase is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to build custom, scalable solutions for enterprise customers, including widgets, plugins, and integrations. The role owns solutions from technical design through implementation, testing, release, and stakeholder validation; builds across the stack using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Kotlin, Go, Java, and related technologies; and mentors mid-level engineers while establishing engineering standards. The position requires at least five years of full-stack experience, strong frontend and backend skills, stakeholder communication, English and German fluency, and a focus on quality and testing.
