Description
Synthflow AI is hiring its first Forward Deployed Engineer in Germany to own end-to-end AI voice-agent projects for DACH enterprise customers. The role involves building and shipping voice agents, writing prompts and integration code in JavaScript and Python, running technical discovery and customer demos, owning proof-of-concepts through production deployment, configuring SIP and contact-center systems, and establishing reusable DACH playbooks. The engineer will work in customer environments, collaborate with sales, and travel to the Berlin office monthly.
