Description
Torque is hiring a permanent full-time Forward Deployed Engineer based in Johannesburg to embed with pilot customers, identify operational problems where AI creates value, prototype and deploy solutions, integrate Torque with ERP and operational data, enable customer teams, and build reusable deployment playbooks. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer, works hybrid with mostly remote customer engagements, and requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, production software experience, and familiarity with LLMs, agents, APIs, data pipelines, and customer deployments.
