Telepatia is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare teams, embedding AI products in customer environments. The role involves understanding workflows, deploying and customizing AI solutions, building integrations and automations, translating customer problems into working systems, collaborating with product and engineering, and driving continuous service improvement. Candidates need at least three years of engineering, product, or consulting experience in SaaS environments, strong production iteration and ownership, fluency in Spanish and English, and experience translating customer requirements into code.
