Teleskope is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical face of its customers, supporting enterprise accounts across pre- and post-sales, pilots, and active subscriptions. The role involves hands-on engineering, including customer-specific bug fixes, reproducible remediation, custom integrations and automations, architecture reviews, technical enablement, documentation, and product-roadmap input. Candidates need at least two years of enterprise technical experience, strong scripting and programming skills, cloud and deployment-tooling experience, AI coding-tool proficiency, and a BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience. The position is hybrid and based in New York City.
