Description
Telnyx is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer for a Sydney-based hybrid role supporting enterprise and high-growth technology customers across Australia, New Zealand, and APAC. The position involves embedding with customers, architecting and deploying production AI and communications solutions, building LLM applications and infrastructure, managing routing and observability, operating Kubernetes services, troubleshooting APIs and networks, and leading technical discovery, POCs, and production launches. The role requires a CS degree or equivalent practical experience, at least three years of software, infrastructure, or technical consulting experience, proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go, and experience with production AI infrastructure and LLM gateways.
