Description
Tenex is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers on production AI systems. The role involves understanding client workflows and requirements, defining scope with AI Strategists, designing architecture, building and reviewing production software, implementing AI agents and workflows, testing and monitoring reliability, explaining technical tradeoffs, deploying and troubleshooting systems, and helping improve internal coding-agent tools. The position is based in Manhattan five days per week and includes base salary, a quarterly bonus, and equity.
