Description
Tessera Labs is hiring a Forward-Deployed Engineer to own strategic enterprise AI deployments, build production software and AI agents on the Tessera platform, conduct customer process discovery, partner with sales and engineering, drive adoption from pilot to production, and provide field signal to product strategy. The role requires 2+ years of customer-facing software experience, Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience building production-grade AI systems. It is a hybrid role available in East Coast, San Francisco, San José, and other U.S. locations, with up to 50% travel and 2–3 days per week at customer sites.
