Description
TrekFed is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to build production-grade AI and agentic systems for government and Department of Defense customers. The role embeds with customer engineering teams, redesigns manual business processes into agent-driven workflows, builds and deploys solutions on AWS, and works within government security and compliance constraints. Engineers may focus on one or more technical areas, with FDE II and FDE III levels covering broader or leadership responsibilities. The position requires hands-on production experience with GenAI/LLM or agentic solutions, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain a government security clearance, and 25–50% travel.
