Venn is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with an enterprise client as an AI transformation partner. The role involves understanding the client’s organization and technology, identifying high-value problems, designing and shipping end-to-end solutions on Venn’s platform and centralized data, shaping the roadmap, and owning outcomes. Candidates should have experience building products from 0 to 1 in ambiguous environments, deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models, and communicating with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders. The position requires travel of up to 25% to work on-site with clients and offers an estimated annual base salary of $200,000 to $400,000 plus commission, benefits, and equity opportunities.
