Description
Whatfix is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer in Bengaluru for a new AI-native product within Whatfix Labs and another stealth product. The role is a hybrid engineering/customer-facing position focused on owning end-to-end delivery for enterprise accounts, including discovery, custom demos, scoping POCs/pilots, building and debugging automations, configuring MCP servers/connectors, designing prompts and structured context, running eval suites, and driving go-live and post-go-live support. The job requires 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role, strong systems thinking, hands-on applied-AI and automation skills, and the ability to travel to customer sites in the US/EU and work late evenings across time zones.
