WorkNomads is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers on understanding business challenges, designing and implementing tailored technical solutions, building prototypes and integrations, supporting deployment and troubleshooting, and translating customer feedback into product improvements. The role requires a strong software engineering background, proficiency in a modern programming language, experience with APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and customer-facing technical work, plus professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English and willingness to relocate to Shanghai for 3–6 months.
