Description
Xata is hiring its first Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with the Head of GTM through the customer deal cycle and lead technical discovery, proof-of-value engagements, database migrations, demo environments, reference architectures, and production debugging. The role is hybrid and hands-on, requiring a generalist engineer capable of working with developers, platform teams, and AI-native companies while building technical playbooks and providing feedback to Product and Engineering.
