Balance is hiring a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and ship customer-specific integrations and AI-agent workflows for strategic enterprise accounts. The role combines solutions engineering, technical discovery, demos, proof-of-concepts, implementation support, executive customer engagement, and translating customer feedback into product priorities. It reports to the VP of Revenue and uses a hybrid schedule of three office days and two remote days per week.
