Waterplan is hiring a remote contractor to serve as a Forward Deployed Engineer, combining customer-facing engineering with technical development for its AI B2B enterprise SaaS platform. The role involves onboarding and supporting customers, building full-stack features and MVPs, developing AI/ML applications, managing APIs and third-party integrations, and tuning LLM prompting, voices, and transcribers. Candidates must be comfortable with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python; able to prioritize multiple projects; communicate technical concepts clearly; and demonstrate ownership and independence.
