Fluidstack is hiring a software engineer to build an end-to-end hiring and capital-management platform. The role involves shipping production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript; developing features with LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks; and integrating finance, legal, recruiting, accounting, and other teams through structured data and automated workflows. The engineer will work autonomously, ship under deadline, and earn credibility with non-engineering experts.
