Description
Growth Protocol is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise clients and lead end-to-end technical delivery of AI-powered workflows. The role involves discovery, workflow scoping, integration architecture, AI model orchestration, proof-of-value, deployment, and collaboration with internal product, data science, backend, consulting, sales, and customer success teams. Candidates need at least five years of hybrid technical and client-facing experience, AI/ML workflow deployment experience, strong Python and distributed-systems skills, and the ability to communicate with senior executives. The position is fully remote until the London office opens in Summer 2026, after which it transitions to a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the United Kingdom.
