Description
Google Cloud is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (Data and AI) to work with enterprise customers on production-grade AI and data systems. The role involves building agentic workflows, ETL/ELT pipelines, semantic data models, evaluation harnesses, synthetic-data generation, and reliability systems using BigQuery, Dataproc, Dataflow, Dataform, dbt, and related technologies. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and at least eight years of software development and data engineering experience with SQL, Python, Java, Scala, or Go, plus experience with modern ETL/ELT frameworks and enterprise data modeling.
