Description
Handshake AI is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise customers and build production-grade AI agents tailored to their workflows. The role owns end-to-end solution definition, agent development and deployment, evaluation design, performance iteration, customer-domain expertise, and engineering best practices, while collaborating with Product and Platform engineers. It requires 1–4+ years of full-stack engineering experience with strong backend depth, real-world production AI application experience, and the ability to work directly with enterprise customers. The position is based in San Francisco, California, with five days per week in the office.
