Description
VoiceLine is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to act as the technical interface between customer business requirements and its AI-powered field-sales and service platform. The role owns end-to-end integrations, APIs, infrastructure, security, compliance, documentation, go-lives, and hypercare, while collaborating with product, customer success, sales, and development teams. It requires hands-on backend and integration experience, knowledge of REST/GraphQL, authentication, encryption, and identity management, strong communication skills, and fluency in German and English. The position is based in Munich with a hybrid working environment depending on the role.
