Description
The role is an on-site, client-backed AI product engineer who embeds with acquired architecture, engineering, and construction firms to identify high-value workflows and build production solutions using LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, document parsing, and automation. The engineer owns discovery, architecture, development, deployment, debugging, iteration, customer relationships, and product decisions, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing deployment learnings to Eagle's platform. The position requires 5–10 years of full-stack, forward-deployed, or customer-facing product engineering experience, production experience with LLMs or related technologies, and willingness to travel during the first 100 days after acquisitions. The stated salary range is $200,000–$300,000 annually.
