The Forward Deployed Engineer designs, builds, and deploys production-grade AI-powered applications in close collaboration with customers. The role combines application engineering, cloud and containerized platform development, LLM and Generative AI implementation, RAG and agent workflows, evaluation frameworks, MLOps/LLMOps, and customer delivery. It requires at least eight years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, strong Python or JavaScript development, cloud and AI systems expertise, and the ability to manage ambiguous, fast-moving delivery environments.

Required Previous Experiences: At least 8 years of software engineering, technical implementation, or related technical delivery experience

Experience building and deploying systems in AWS, GCP, or Azure
Experience designing and operating MLOps or LLMOps pipelines
Experience implementing observability for AI systems
Preferred Qualifications: Business-level or higher Japanese language proficiency
Experience implementing large-scale enterprise systems
Experience in data security, governance, and access control design
Experience working in startup or new business environments
Experience collaborating with global or distributed teams
Strong English communication skills
