Optum Technology is hiring a remote Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with healthcare payer and provider clients and deliver AI-powered solutions. The role combines consulting, solution architecture, and hands-on engineering to design and deploy production-grade AI applications, copilots, and automation systems using LLMs, machine learning, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise technologies. The engineer will lead discovery and solution design, translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive client success through production deployment.
