Synera is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to build customer-facing workflows and multi-agent systems, identify new use cases, visit customers, develop scripts and custom add-ins, optimize AI prompts, and communicate user insights to product managers. The role requires a technical background in computational, automation, or mechanical engineering, CAD/CAE experience, AI and prompt-engineering knowledge, strong customer communication, and native or professional German proficiency. It offers flexible working for candidates residing in Germany, around 40% travel, and OTE of 63,200–78,800 EUR for the intermediate level or 77,300–100,300 EUR for the experienced level.
