Vozy is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer as a contractor to deploy and optimize AI voice agents for customer-resolution implementations. The role involves building prompts and conversational flows, configuring CRM, ticketing, and API integrations, troubleshooting production agents, analyzing success metrics, managing client relationships, and documenting reusable patterns. Candidates should have experience with conversational agents or flows, Python, Git, generative AI and prompting, software design, API integration, and databases. The position is 100% remote and offers unlimited vacation, a birthday day off, and a growth path toward the Driver band.
