Description
Vozy is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer Leader as a fully remote contractor to lead 5–8 distributed Forward Deployed Engineers and support enterprise conversational AI implementations. The role oversees quality standards, escalations, agent and Lili Analyze implementations, client technical support, expansion opportunities, and contract renewals. Candidates need at least three years of hands-on AI experience, two years leading technical teams across enterprise accounts, bilingual Spanish and English skills, and knowledge of conversational AI architectures, APIs, Python or JavaScript, and data analytics.
