The role involves customer discovery, architecture, POCs, production deployments, troubleshooting, observability, model routing, and handoff documentation, while collaborating with an Enterprise Account Executive and Telnyx Product and Engineering. It requires production software experience, proficiency in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, and Go, Kubernetes, observability, high-concurrency systems, API development, and customer-facing engineering skills.
