Together AI is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on inference and post-training. The role partners with strategic customers and solutions architects to optimize inference engines, tune performance, configure production deployments, and guide fine-tuning and reinforcement-learning workflows. It requires at least five years of technical experience, expert knowledge of inference engines and optimization techniques, hands-on post-training experience, strong Python skills, and production-environment experience. The position offers a US base salary of $270,000 to $300,000 OTE plus equity and benefits, with flexibility for remote work.
