Description
Telnyx is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and operate enterprise AI and communications solutions for customers in Japan and the broader APAC region. The role partners with an Enterprise Account Executive, leads technical discovery, architecture, POCs, production launches, and ongoing customer support, and owns implementation of AI voice assistants, APIs, WebRTC, LLM inference, LiteLLM, observability, model routing, and complex integrations. It requires a CS degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of production software experience, proficiency in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, and Go, and the ability to work hybrid in Tokyo with travel across Japan and APAC.
