Whatfix is seeking an FDE Lead to manage the forward-deployed function for their new AI-native product, Seek. The role involves engaging with customers, defining use cases, building automations, and leading a team of Forward Deployed Engineers. Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery for multiple enterprise accounts, direct customer interaction to understand workflows, developing test suites, coaching FDEs, managing projects, setting technical standards, providing feedback to internal teams, and representing Seek in customer-facing activities.
