IFS is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer, R&D AI Services, to embed with product teams and translate business flows into production AI applications. The role covers technical discovery, matching or building AI services, data pipelines, model training and serving, MLOps, integrations, monitoring, and production reliability. It requires at least five years of software engineering experience, strong Python, cloud-native and Kubernetes experience, LLM and agentic-systems integration, RAG, API and enterprise-integration skills, and infrastructure-as-code expertise.
