Description
Telnyx is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a local Nordic Enterprise Sales Pod and work directly with enterprise customers to architect, build, and launch production AI and communications solutions. The role covers discovery, architecture, POCs, production deployments, observability, model routing, troubleshooting, and customer outcomes, while collaborating with Product and Engineering. It requires a CS degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of production software experience, proficiency in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, and Go, and experience with Kubernetes, observability, high-concurrency systems, APIs, and real-time voice or messaging technologies. The position is based in Stockholm and is hybrid with travel across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
