Description
The Forward Deployed Engineer will work embedded with enterprise and government customers to discover, scope, and structure automation use cases, translate business processes into agent workflows on Silkrunner, challenge customer thinking, and deliver production solutions. The role bridges customer needs and product implementation, requires hands-on customer delivery and technical platform knowledge, and is based in or requires relocation to the UAE with regular on-site customer presence.
