Telnyx is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and operate enterprise AI and communications solutions for customers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia. The role partners with an Enterprise Account Executive to lead technical discovery, architecture, proof-of-concepts, production implementations, troubleshooting, and customer outcomes. Responsibilities include deploying AI voice assistants, APIs, WebRTC, LiteLLM, self-hosted open-weight models, observability, model routing, and production systems; the position is hybrid with travel across Southeast Asia and requires sponsorship eligibility.
