monday.com is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead AI transformation for a portfolio of strategic customer accounts. The role embeds with C-level and technical stakeholders to architect, build, deploy, and measure production AI solutions using monday AI agents, MCP-based integrations, vibe apps, and custom workflows. The engineer owns business outcomes, product feedback, reusable assets, and cross-functional account strategy, while working in a hybrid arrangement three days per week in the New York City office. The position requires at least five years of full-stack application development experience, production project leadership, AI/LLM systems knowledge, and executive relationship experience; visa sponsorship is not available.
